TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION BOOTCAMP

This is a High Intensity Interval Training class which is a mix of total body conditioning, strength training, cardio, and core conditioning.  This class is designed for the person who wants to burn fat and retain muscle.  No matter your fitness level this class will challenge you from beginning to end.

Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
