My personal training programs are broken down into 30 or 45 minute sessions that are designed individually for each client as it pertains to their current and desired fitness level. Whether you are looking to lose weight, burn fat and/or build muscle I will devise a plan specifically for you over duration times of six(6), nine(9), or twelve(12) sessions per contract depending on your goals. These plans come with a personalized meal plan and and my official “I’m Working on Something” Tshirt.
