Total Body Transformation Boot Camp

In this 60 minute class we turn up the heat by using my signature style H.I.I.T(High Intensity Interval Training) to turn your body into a natural furnace that burns fat for up to 48 hours and retains and builds muscle. So ladies if you are looking to keep or build curves while burning fat, and fellas if you are looking to get that lean and ripped athletic body this is the class for you.
