H.I.I.T Camp

In this 60 minute class we turn up the heat by using my signature style H.I.I.T(High Intensity Interval Training) to turn your body into a natural furnace that burns fat for up to 48 hours and retains and builds muscle. So ladies if you are looking to keep or build curves while burning fat, and fellas if you are looking to get that lean and ripped athletic body this is the class for you.

Weekly Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday @6pm

GUTS AND GLUTES

Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your abdominal, buttock, and thigh muscle groups in this targeted, high-impact, high energy class.  This class will strengthen and tone all your core muscles.

Weekly Schedule:  Mondays @6:45pm

GET TAH STEPPING

This high energy HIIT/ Hip Hop Step Class is will have you dripping with sweat and bopping your head to the hottest music.  If you are tired of boring treadmill, elliptical, or running outside cardio...this is the class for you!!

Thursdays @6:45pm
